Online Access

Even if you won’t be using your HRA for a long time, you should register online and create a username and password for added security. In addition to our standard security protocols, this adds an extra layer of protection to help prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Online registration is quick and easy. Just click here to open the participant login window. Then, click the Register button and follow the prompts. You’ll be asked to enter your:

  1. Last name;
  2. Date of birth;
  3. Last four digits of your Social Security number; and
  4. HRA account number and/or email address.

If the email address you enter matches our records, we’ll email a registration link to you. Click the link to:

  1. Create a username and password;
  2. Set up multifactor authentication;
  3. Verify your contact information, and
  4. Confirm your account preferences.

If the personal email address you enter does not match our records, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-833-382-2617 for assistance. We can update our records with your correct email address before you register online.

Single Sign-on through Empower. If you have an Empower retirement account, click here for single sign-on access to your HRA online portal.

Online Participant Portal. After logging in online, you’ll have full access to your account from any personal computer. You’ll be able to quickly:

  • Check your account balance and daily activity
  • View quarterly e-statements
  • Review and update investment allocation (if needed)
  • Access additional plan information and other resources

You’ll be able to do even more after separating or retiring from the County.

  • Check and update contact information
  • Submit claims and supporting documentation
  • Upload Benefits Card (debit card) transaction documentation (if required)
  • Search account history, including claims and Benefits Card transactions
  • Set up direct deposit for claim reimbursements
  • Set up automatic premium reimbursements.
